About Mandi
Hong Kong · AI training & workflow design
I bring 18+ years of experience across programme delivery, stakeholder co-ordination, digital marketing, operations and client-facing work. More recently, I have focused on helping non-technical teams use AI in practical, manageable ways—from designing training and clearer workflows to building knowledge systems and supporting day-to-day implementation.
My MA in Media and Communication Management, together with my humanities background, helps me explain complex technology clearly and design learning experiences that are useful, approachable and appropriate for different audiences.
I work well in cross-functional environments and am comfortable supporting managers, colleagues, clients and external partners. My approach is straightforward: understand the real work, contribute where I am needed, help people build confidence, and make sure new processes can continue after handover.
